The Cub Cadet Ultima Series Z2 50S Zero-Turn Lawn Mower is designed to provide precise control, stability, and dependable mowing performance on residential properties. Powered by a 23 HP Kawasaki FR691V twin-cylinder OHV engine, the Z2 50S delivers the power needed to handle demanding lawn conditions.
The mower features a 50-inch AeroForce™ fabricated cutting deck made from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel. The welded deck is designed to provide an even cut with fine clippings and fewer clumps and stragglers. A foot-operated deck lift with dial adjustment provides convenient control over the 15 cutting-height positions, ranging from 1 to 4.5 inches.
Patented Synchro-Steer™ technology provides four-wheel control to help improve stability and straight-line mowing on hills and slopes up to 20 degrees. The continuous 2-inch x 2-inch tubular steel frame is designed to withstand heavy loads while providing stability across rough and uneven terrain.
The Z2 50S uses dual Hydro-Gear EZT 2200 hydrostatic transmissions and provides ground speeds of up to 7 MPH forward and 3.5 MPH in reverse. The steering-wheel control system provides zero-turn maneuverability, while Turf Armor® tires are designed to provide traction and help minimize turf damage.
For operator comfort, the mower features a 20-inch high-back seat, SoftTouch™ steering wheel, and vibration-dampening rubber floor mat. Additional equipment includes a front LED bar headlight, rear tow hitch, cup holder, step assist, and electric PTO engagement.
