Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • Photos of the shipping package (if applicable).

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our support team.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective product was received.

  • Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already entered the processing or shipping stage after the 12-hour cancellation window, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
